I really don't understand the rules, does that mean I can't publish drawings of Shotas or Lolis? Although the warning also says that the drawing must be completely done by me and was obviously created by me.

Lolis and Shota are legal in the United States. So not really a grey area unless you live outside of the USA.
Its just Newground's rules that says you cant have em on here. Which is fucking gay.
But its their site, and you gotta play by their rules, I guess.
